A great find in La Paz, Baja . I had the best Tuetano in Tijuana BUT I have to say this one was absolutely out of this world delicious and now. 🙏My new fave. The burger was incredible and juicy ( I try not to eat beef) and the drinks as well. Beautiful rustic style restaurant, great bar and wood fired cuisine. Looking forward in coming back to order several dishes.

Resting the chicken breast with everything chipotle and some Puertoricam adobo, lots of veggies and spinach that will be finished with pica Maica, celery powder and caramelized onion powder. Breasts finished with chicharrón de chile . Post dish when done…. Curious????
