Work From Home while Buying Real Estate. Looking for self starters for a Full-Time Virtual Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist position.
Work for a high energy Real Estate Investment firm with an in-house team based in USA. With our rapid expansion, we are looking to add on two more qualified Virtual Phone Sales reps. Being Virtual does not mean you are on your own, you will apart of a highly motivated team that aims to achieve their goals through hard work and constant learning. We are seeking someone who wants a long term job and not just a "temp" position.

We provide the software, the leads, and the training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
·Following-up with warm leads that have shown interest in selling their properties.
Use our company software to understand the market and make proper offers on homes over the phone.
·Take live calls from homeowners and assist them by making live over the phone cash offers
·Convert quality leads into exchanges through building strategic relationships and making assessments of property owners' needs
·Build and Work an active pipeline
Train daily and Stay Positive
·Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Requirements are:
· Sales experience(Even though you will not be selling anything.)
· 1+ Customer Service experience.
· Great English.
· Your own computer.
· Own a USB headset.
· Stable internet connection (a must).
· Quiet work environment.

Pay:
$3,000 MXN weekly pay.
+Commissions per closed deal

Skill Requirements:
•1+ year customer service experience.
•Be consistent with attendance.
•Have great English.
•Be conversational on the phone.
•Be coachable.

Job Requirements:
•Show up to work on time.
•Conversate with home owners using a script which you will deviate from 99% of the time. Must be conversational (you will be coached on this).
•Identify their level of interest, motivation to sell, and the home condition.

Job Pay:
•Work 6 hours a day Monday- Saturday
•36 hours/weekly
•$2,700 paid weekly.
•Commissions $500/property under contract, paid at the end of each month.
•Flexible schedule.
•All Law benefits (IMSS & Infonavit), holidays, aguinaldo, vacations.
