✅Call center experience a must; telephone sales experience preferred.

✅Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts.

☎️Perform outbound calls; be driven to make cold calls, and follow up as required until appointment is secured.
☎️Manage inbound calls; follow up with leads and clients to achieve goals.
💡Manage and track activities to determine conversion for contacts to appointments and other key metrics.
⌨🔀Tracking activities: follow-up attempts with notes on each conversation to input these into the team’s database for tracking and update purposes.
