Production process/ Proceso de produccion.

First we get the prime materials, wash, and desinfect them using our higyene process.
After that, we refrigerate the molds for a while, and remove the small ones, filling the inside part.
Next we place the papaya,yogurt, condensed milk, evaporated and mix.
Then put the mixture into the molds but only the half; to place the smaller molds in the center so that is to make space for filling.
Finally place some of the mixture covering it other half to cool it again. Once finished the process, we pack and Rellecool is ready for its comercialization.

Proceso de produccion.
Primero nos allegamos de la materia prima, la lavamos y desinfectamos siguiendo nuestro proceso de higiene.
Después de esto retiramos la cascara de la papaya y la seccionamos en trozos de tamaño regular.
Enseguida colocamos la mezcla en los moldes pero solo a la mitad, para colocar los moldes mas pequeños en el centro preparando un espacio para el relleno.
Entonces refrigeramos, después de un tiempo retiramos los moldes pequeños.
Finalmente colocamos parte de la mezcla cubriendo la otra mitad para llevarlo nuevamente a refrigerar. Una vez completado el proceso,empacamos y nuestro producto esta listo para su comercialización.
