Double Lucky Racing

Well ..not much to say other than we gave her hell the last 4 days and were able to walk away without a scratch after an accident in the silt beds during our Jacume Grand Prix. It started Wednesday during test n tune we lost our front drive shaft which destroyed our front diff. Thanks to Mark at for getting us back on track all day Thursday. Friday we picked up the car and headed to a final test n tune before crossing the border. Realized we broke a front sway bar and lost the function of our horn. Decided to run without the sway bar and we gotta give a shout out to Tom over at for coming thru with a replacement and install of our new horn right before the start of the race. The car was on point, flawlessly running this course thanks to our testing with Mark and our ! Lap one we came in and had to replace our drive belt and on lap 2 we went into the silt beds and hit a cloud of dust. Visibility was down to zero when we tried to slow down but ended up rear ending another truck that was stuck on the race course in the silt beds. The car took too much damage to continue. We are both ok and thankful we were able to walk away from this one without a scratch. Shout out to all our sponsors who continue to help us out and our families for their continued support.
