Our International Logistic Company is looking for a positive, self-motivated, and friendly energy Professional Skills Trainer-Logistics Coach, to be a part of our fast-growing international Logistic Company.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and teaching skills.

Requirements:
*Education in pedagogy / psychology / philology/international relations/logistics
*English and Spanish level - advanced
*Previous experience in teaching and group management
*Experience in e-learning/LMS software
*Logistics Experience
*Coaching or teaching Certificated (desirable)
*Ready to learn and act as a role model
*Fluent Russian is going to be an advantage

Responsibilities:
*Be the face of new hires. Support and mentor new hires as well as employees, create the needed atmosphere in the team
*Plan, develop, adapt and implement educational programs: training, seminars, presentations
*Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement in training and monitor performance and response to training
*Ensure teams have timely updates and information on correct procedures
*Improve educational products by conducting workshops, individual training sessions, and creating content for the e-courses
*Coaching of newcomers and existing employees both in the area of customer service and logistics
*Report on work progress
