My simple healthy lunch to-go; homemade almond and chickpea flour wrap & a fresh tossed salad with my own raspberry vinaigrette dressing made in minutes!🙌💚

I just finished a cleanse and I want to stay away from processed foods, regular flour and gluten as much as possible. It doesn't have to be hard or expensive to make nutritious & tasty meals.😋🫶

GLUTEN-FREE WRAP:
4 Tbsp Almond flour
4 Tbsp Chickpea flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1/3 cup of water
1 Tbsp egg white
1/2 tsp olive oil
Dash of Himalayan Salt

1. Mix all ingredients together, should be the consistency of thick pancake batter,
2. Pour onto a warm pan (low heat) and use back of spoon to smooth out into nice round shape. Flip after bubbling and pockets form.
3. Cook for 2 minutes and your delicious fresh wrap is ready! 👌

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE:
1 Tsp olive oil
2 Tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 fresh raspberries

1. Mix in a small bowl with a fork
and your homemade healthy dressing is ready! 🍓
