�MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS�

Education and Experience:
High School
�Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service-related field.

Skills and Abilities:
�Skilled in communicating in english clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
�Proficient in the usage of personal computers, windows-based software, calculators, and other office equipment.
�Ability to maintain information files keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence and prepare reports.
�Ability to exercise resourcefulness, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet a variety of demands and deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, other departments, and the general public.
