VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Peka Business Image (PBI) is a for profit making company operating a range of shops providing products and services in Business consultancy, secretariat services, stationery, phone accessories and mobile money.
PBI invites application from suitably qualified and experienced person to fill vacant position of Shop Assistant. The details of the post are as follows:
Position: Shop Assistant (1)
Location: Salima depot- Salima district
Main Purpose of the Job: Provides a company's customers with the service they require.
Specific Duties and responsibilities
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
• Arranging product displays
• Serving customers with mobile money services (depositing, cashing out, selling bundles)
• Selling phone accessories and all other stuff stocked for resale from time to time
• Fixing protectors on customers` phones
• Making sim registrations and selling airtime
• Ensuring that the working place and shop is always clean
• Recording all the transactions (finance & non finance) be conducted at the shop
• Compiling and submitting to CEO/your immediate supervisor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and reconciliation report
• Observing and sharing change in consumer preference in phone accessories and other shop offerings to CEO/your supervisor
• Any other duties which may be assigned to you time to time in line with your role

QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must have the following
 At least JCE those with MSCE will have added advantage
 Practical knowledge and experience in phone accessory business
 Honest and being trust worthy individual
Other requirements
In additional, the candidate:
• Should be willing to work during old hours
• Should have persuading and negotiating skills.
• Should be within Salima town
