We are conducting a training needs assessment survey for our monitoring and evaluation/data management course. This survey is voluntary. If you choose not to participate, there will be no consequences of any type for you We will keep your responses confidential and nothing that you say will be shared with anyone outside of the research team. Your identity will always be kept confidential and your name will never be used. You are free to not answer any questions you are not comfortable with or to stop the interview at any time. This survey will take about 10 minutes.
