Equal Future Initiative

Yesterday, we had the honour of engaging with the Honourable Fiskani Barnett Nyondo, Member of Parliament for our constituency. We're deeply grateful for the time he made to listen, engage and openly discuss issues that matter to our communities and young people.

Our discussion focused on youth development, education, and the importance of collective effort in ensuring that no girl or boy is left behind.

As Equal Future Initiative, we shared our vision and plans for 2026, particularly our commitment to engaging schools and communities to support young people to remain in school, build resilience and prepare for meaningful futures.

What stood out for us was the Honourable MP’s openness, humility and genuine willingness to support youth-led initiatives. Leadership that listens and inspires gives young people confidence that positive change is possible when we work together.

We look forward to continued collaboration and guidance as we work towards empowering the next generation and contributing to sustainable community development. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to engage and be inspired.
