We are a youth-driven Malawian organization committed to empowering young people and women through skills development, creativity, and safe spaces. In many of our communities, potential is everywhere—but opportunities are not. Pride Initiative exists to help bridge that gap.

Through our programs, we focus on vocational skills training, psychosocial support, and innovative platforms that allow young people to express themselves, build confidence, and shape their own futures.

We believe that when young people are empowered, communities transform.
