According to Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act 2016 section 4, the displaced people should duly be compensated prior to project implementation by agreement or involuntary. ALWA gives advise aswell as take action on all ressettlement processes. In this picture ALWA executed an assessment process to project affected persons (PAPs) and will follow up the whole process to ensure they receive their compensation.
