Role:
Attend to customers at sales counters
Attend to customer telephone enquiries
Collect payments and guide online payments
Resolve customers problems and issues
Other work assigned

Requirements:
Friendly and polite
Able to handle difficult customer
Fluent in both Dhivehi and English
Fluent in Microsoft office
Excellent Team player
Multi tasking and able to work under pressure

Previous ticketing or customer service experience would be an added advantage
Able to work on "night shift"
