Pearl south of Guatemala, El Salvador is a land known for the wide range of premium Arabica coffees, which grow wetted by abundant rains and dried by the tropical warmth. The coffee fruits, bright red in colour, are selected and harvested manually; the roasted fruit grants a refined espresso, in which the tropical fruit flavours are combined with honey and tangerine pulp ones.
