Maldives Leadership Program Group-4, (Enhancing Workplace Productivity) focused their project on the potential effects of implementing flexible working hours within the Maldives Civil Service. The key areas of their presentation included current situation analysis, importance of flexible working time, work life balance and best practices followed in some developed countries.
The group presented their findings to the stakeholder Civil Service Commission of the Maldives and The Maldives National University with recommendations, a proposed roadmap and anticipated outcomes.

Maldives Leadership Program (MLP) Capstone Project Group1- (Enhancing Government Collaboration) concentrated their presentation on the government's role in effectively addressing the issue of irregular expatriate workers employed in Maldives Tourism sector.
Presenting their findings to the relevant stakeholders Maldives Immigration, Ministry of Economic Development and Labour Relations Authority , the project emphasized an analysis of the current situation, problem identification and shared insights from similar experiences in some developed countries. Based on this study, they also provided recommendations on how to tackle this issue effectively.
