Crunchy hazelnuts, sweet apricot jam, buttery pastry, and Biscoff Cookie Crumble come together to create the ultimate coffee-time treat. Finished with a drizzle of smooth Biscoff Spread.

Ingredients:
• 130g butter
• 130g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 300g flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 4 tbsp apricot jam
• 150g butter
• 150g sugar
• 100g hazelnut flour
• 100g chopped hazelnuts
• 100g Biscoff Cookie Crumble
• 4 tbsp Biscoff Spread

Method:

1. Prepare and chill the dough for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out and place in a lined baking tray.
3. Mix hazelnut flour, hazelnuts, and Biscoff Cookie Crumble.
4. Melt butter and sugar, then combine with the nut mixture.
5. Spread apricot jam over the dough, add the filling, and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
6. Cut into triangles and finish with melted Biscoff Spread.
