To repair a damaged skin barrier, start by cleansing gently with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and lukewarm water, avoiding scrubs or hot water. Hydrate your skin with a serum containing hyaluronic acid or glycerin, then lock in moisture with a moisturizer rich in ceramides, squalane & fatty acids.

Protect your skin daily with broad-spectrum sunscreen and minimize exposure to harsh weather or pollution. Avoid irritants like strong acids, retinoids, alcohol-based toners, and over-exfoliation, and soothe the skin with ingredients such as niacinamide, panthenol, or aloe vera. Give your skin time to heal, as barrier repair can take several weeks, while maintaining consistent gentle care 🌸
