Yummy “glaçon rapé” 😋

Located halfway between a dessert and a drink, the “glaçon rapé” refreshes and is the joy of children.

More precisely, it is a sorbet made from crushed or grated ice (in short, crumb ice cubes), flavoured with syrups of all kinds (strawberry, almond, coconut, tamarind, cane juice...), that the grated ice cube dealer presses with a plastic sheet or a cup. In the end, we have a nice vintage dessert in the colours of the island's flag. It's a whole art! 🇲🇺
