We are hiring a Marketing and Admin Executive

Marketing Duties:
• Planning, testing and implementing new marketing strategies
• Prospecting local and overseas clients-meet new potential customer to promote the company
• Maintain repeat-business from existing clients
• Prepare email blasts and newsletters to send to customers and potential clients
• Investigate on new markets and monitor the activities of competitors to better develop marketing campaigns and online activities
• Present marketing costs associated with marketing plan, projects and event
• Update and maintain marketing events calendar
• Assist in optimising KPI’s targets

Administrative Duties:
• Handle all mails/correspondence/calls/ SMS/queries in a professional manner.
• Assist in invoicing and billing as needed
• Make quotation and do follow up
• Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients or partners
• Maintaining existing customer databases
• Maintain department calendar and provide updates on events.
• Coordinate meetings
• Responsible for any other cognate administrative activities

Required skills and attributes:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Customer Relationship Management
• Master market research practices and techniques
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
• Highly organised and attention to detail

Required qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing and or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• A knowledge in graphic designing and use of digital technologies will be a plus.
