• Follow instructions, locate and read the location and road maps.
• Pre and post-inspection of the truck regularly.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; always comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Perform tasks in general construction.
𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Experience in heavy vehicle/truck driving, preferably as an international heavy vehicle driving licence holder.
• Knowledge of Maltese traffic laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Maltese/English listening and verbal communication skills.
• Able to pass random drug tests.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Carry out plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC tasks as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Assist external contractors and oversee small-scale projects or upgrades.
• Keep tools and maintenance areas clean and well-organized.

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are seeking an experienced 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to take full responsibility for the coordination and ex*****on of all internal and external finishing works on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Construction Director/Project manager, you will be the key point of contact for all finishing trades on-site, ensuring that work is completed to design specifications and meets quality, safety, and satisfaction standards.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 all aspects of the finishing works on-site, including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, flooring, ceilings, MEP second fix, and/or furnishings.
· 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and quality of finishing activities.
• 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 against programme milestones and escalate delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and ensure snag-free delivery of completed works.
• 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 work sequences, labour, and material requirements for finishing trades.
• 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to H&S standards and promote a safety-first culture on-site.
• 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (internal and external) to manage expectations and ensure quality of delivery.
• Oversee 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 processes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship throughout.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality records.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 𝟯-𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in a similar role within the construction sector, with demonstrable success delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing all finishing trades in a 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Maltese 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
• Good IT skills; experience with CAD software and project management software.
• 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮 in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲.
