Job Vacancy: Billing & Quotation Executive
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage Billing and Quotation tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending bills and work quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely communication.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Prepare and send bills to clients
• Create and share quotations for ongoing or upcoming work
• Follow up with clients regarding quote approvals
• Maintain organized records of all quotations
• Coordinate with the operations/accounts team to gather necessary billing information.
• Ensure proper formatting, accuracy, and completeness in all client communications

*REQUIREMENTS*

• Previous experience in billing, quotations, or client coordination is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of billing software is a plus
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
