We were delighted to welcome Kamil Willinsky, known for his great passion for food and for discovering exceptional restaurants in Malta. Kamil has recently published his latest book, โ50 Places I Loveโ, and we hope that Castelletti will find a place in his heart alongside these other exceptional venues.
We invite everyone to try the exceptional dishes on our menu, created by our head chef, Kenneth Pace. You can also look forward to superb cocktails and the unique atmosphere of a 17th-century palace in Rabat, steeped in Maltese history and art.
