Happy New Year! I’m excited to share my updated class schedule: a new Monday evening class at 7.30pm, while Tuesday and Wednesday remain the same. The Thursday class has regrettably been removed.

Classes can be booked directly through the studio (links below). If you’re unsure which class or level is right for you, feel free to get in touch — I’m happy to guide you. January is the perfect time to start, whether you’re returning or trying Pilates for the first time, as we ease gently into the new year.

Get Started with Private 1:1 Pilates

If you’re returning to exercise, haven’t worked out for a while, or have minor aches and pains, private 1:1 sessions are a safe, supportive way to get moving. You’ll learn the basics, build strength, and gain confidence in your movement, so you’re ready to enjoy group classes when the time is right.

Special offer: 10 private sessions for €30 each (€300 total), valid for use within one year — normally €45 per session.

This is the perfect investment in your health and strength, tailored entirely to you. Message me to enquire and get started.

Looking for a fun and relaxing way to bring people together? Whether it’s a team bonding activity at work, a catch-up stretch with friends, or a focused session for athletes, a private group stretch class is a great way to move, unwind, and reconnect.
Classes are tailored to your group and suitable for all levels. Groups are generally 4–7 people.
