Rental Operations Agent (Part-Time, Gozo Based)
Avis Budget Malta is seeking a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Rental Operations team. Based primarily at our Gozo station, the role may also involve assignments in Malta.

🔧 Your responsibilities
Assisting customers and recommending suitable rental options
Processing rental agreements, payments, and documentation
Upselling products while explaining charges clearly and professionally
Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
Inspecting vehicles, documenting damages, and preparing cars for the next rental
Supporting daily station operations, reporting, and back-office tasks

👤 What we’re looking for
A valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Fluency in spoken and written English
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive, reliable attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team
Previous experience in sales, customer service, car rental, or hospitality is considered an asset
