As part of our growth path, we are now seeking to employ a meticulous and adaptable Sales & Admin Executive to manage our daily administration on a part time basis. We are also offering flexibility for some remote work.

The ideal candidate must be pro-active, having the ability to work on their own initiative. They must have advanced administrative and organizational skills. Below are some of the duties that are required within this role:

· Managing various administration tasks

· Undertaking sales duties such as quotations & follow ups

· Updating internal systems and data inputting

· Assisting with daily operations

· Offer overall organizational support

To fit in within our company culture, the right candidate a positive approach, and a strong work ethic.

Experience in a similar role within our industry will be considered an asset.

Requirements:

- Order Management
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Language fluency requirements: Maltese, English and Italian
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- High Level of Accuracy, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
