The ideal candidate should:

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in web development
- Strong knowledge in ES6, React, React Hooks, Redux, Webpack, and preferably Typescript
- Possess a Bachelors Degree (or above) in Computer Science/Maths/Physics/similar
- Be a champion of software engineering principles
- Passionate about software development and technology
- Responsible and accountable and able to work autonomously
- A leader that other team members may look up to
- Be able to manage and delegate work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Eager to solve problems in a critical and efficient manner using high-quality structured code
- Passionate about current trends and best practices in UI / UX design;
- Experience in REST services

Experience or knowledge in the following is considered a plus:

- JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS or Vue)
- NodeJS
- HTML & CSS
- ASP.NET/Java or similar
- Web API
- REST API Development
- Relational databases
- Source control & Git
- Test-driven Development
- AGILE & Scrum
