📢 Income Tax Return Filing Deadline Extended

The Malta Tax and Customs Administration (MTCA) has extended the deadline for submitting Income Tax Returns for the Year of Assessment 2026 (basis year 2025) from 30 June to 31 July 2026.

With the deadline approaching, now is the ideal time to gather the necessary documentation and ensure your tax affairs are in order. Early preparation can help minimise errors and ensure you benefit from any deductions, credits, or exemptions available to you.
