Part-Time Clerical Assistant Required

We are seeking a proficient and experienced Clerical Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Requirements:

- Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential
- Strong and communication skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Working Hours:

- Afternoons and/or Saturday Mornings-
- Part-time position

Duties Include:

- General office administration
- Record keeping and filing
- Assisting with the preparation of quotations and invoices
- Supporting advertising and marketing activities
- Managing correspondence and general office communications
- Providing administrative support as required
