Our latest completed project, Thirty Three Boutique - Adults Only by K Hotels, designed and executed in full collaboration with 3DM Architecture and Architecture XV, brings a distinctive architectural presence to the streetscape while creating a refined boutique hospitality experience within.

Defined by sharp lines and layered volumes, this project represents both a bold architectural statement and a striking new addition to the urban hospitality scene.
