CE Installations is seeking to recruit an whilst reporting to the Stores Senior Officer, the Stores Junior Officer is responsible for managing and organizing inventory within a warehouse or store.

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining accurate records of inventory and restocking the store when needed.
· Receiving, unloading, and organizing supplies on shelves.
· Performing various stock-related tasks, such as packing, labelling, and returning supplies.
· Coordinating the movement of equipment within the store or warehouse.
· Keeping detailed records and managing documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
· Ensuring that the store or warehouse is always clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Position Requirements:
· Secondary school certificate or equivalent will be considered an asset.
· Previous experience in a similar role, such as in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
· Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain records.
· Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations.
· A positive and proactive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
· European passport or working permission to work in Malta.
· Clean police conduct certificate (must be presented).

We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer

CE Installations is seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineer who is proficient in AutoCAD to join our dynamic team. An Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of Electrical systems such as Power, Lighting, LV, ELV and other control systems as well as the implementation of related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
· Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
· Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
· Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
· Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
· Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
· Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
· Support the drafting department and ensuring that prior to submitting working drawings proper review is carried out and the drawings are in line with client requirements by providing technical guidance and support.
· Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
· Lead the integration of Building Management Systems (BMS), KNX, DALI, and intruder systems into overall electrical systems.
Coordinating the integration of room management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and occupancy sensors, into the overall electrical infrastructure.
· Engaging with vendors of specialized systems to stay informed about the latest features and updates.
· Supervising or training project team members.

Position Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field will be considered an asset.
• An Electrical Engineer’s Warrant to practice the Engineering Profession in Malta
• Proficiency in technical design software, such as AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

We're Hiring: Drafting Officer

CE Installations is seeking to recruit a Drafting Officer who is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit to join our dynamic team.
The Drafting Officer is responsible for the development and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and finishing workshop drawings, working closely with the Engineering and Technical departments. The role includes the assessment and analysis of working plans, from rough concepts to detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and technical compliance throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
· Generating reports on drawing register status, ensuring all project drawings are tracked, updated, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
· Preparing and overseeing the production of technical and detailed drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, including dimensions, material specifications, and assembly instructions, ensuring all outputs meet project and industry standards.
· Instructing and guiding Junior staff in the preparation of working drawings and quantity take-offs, ensuring correct methodologies are followed and outputs are accurate.
· Performing and validating quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and Revit to support accurate estimation of materials and resources required for projects.
· Conducting final reviews and approving coordination drawings to ensure all systems (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) are fully integrated and free from conflicts prior to ex*****on.
· Attending and actively contributing to client/consultant and kick-off meetings, providing technical expertise, clarifications, and design solutions as required
· Acting as a key point of communication between the Drafting Team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.

Position Requirements:
• Previous work experience in similar is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or a related field will be considered an asset.
