We’re Hiring: Operations Assistant (Full Time) – Woofy Meals

Woofy Meals is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant (Full Time) to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations, ensuring smooth order processing, fulfilment and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily order processing and fulfilment
Supporting the packing and dispatch of customer orders
Coordinating with delivery personnel and external partners
Maintaining basic inventory and stock records
Assisting with data entry and general administrative tasks
Responding to customer inquiries related to orders
Supporting the operations team with day-to-day activities
Maintaining workplace organisation, cleanliness and efficiency
Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who is:

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player with good communication skills

We're currently accepting applications for the position of Cleaner.

Key responsibilities:
Carry out general cleaning tasks in the workspace to maintain hygiene and order

Clean and sanitise floors, surfaces, and equipment as required

Dispose of waste in line with company procedures

Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Reliability and good time management skills

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures

This is a part-time role based in Malta.
