We are deeply grateful to The Gasan Foundation for financing the full sound attenuation of one of our STEP Programme classrooms.

This upgrade directly supports autistic children who attend our Early Intervention and School Readiness services, creating a calmer, safer, and more predictable learning environment. Sound attenuation is crucial in learning environments for autistic children as it minimises auditory overstimulation — a change that truly transforms their daily experience.

Thanks to this support, the children using this room can focus, regulate, and learn with greater comfort and confidence. It’s a meaningful investment in their wellbeing and future.

Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS) 2025 Sensory Haven: Equipping Playrooms for Inclusive Development.

At Inspire, we’re growing our STEP programmes to support more children on the autism spectrum — and creating safe, inclusive multisensory environments designed to help them regulate, learn, and thrive.

From sensory play equipment to calming, sound-friendly spaces, every detail is carefully designed to build confidence, independence, and connection.

This project has been funded through the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS) managed by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector (MCVS) supported by the Ministry for Inclusion and the Voluntary Sector (MIV)

Yesterday, our Kayak for Charity community paddled from Dwejra to Mgarr ix-Xini in Gozo to raise funds for Inspire Malta as part of this year’s charity program. 🌊

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, we dedicated this special paddle to raising awareness for mental health and the importance of supporting one another both on and off the water.

A heartfelt thank you to all the friends and guests who joined us on the sea and made this journey so meaningful. Your energy, support, and teamwork truly made a difference.

We would also like to thank everyone who donated, even if you could not make it to the paddle. Your support means the world to us and to the cause we are paddling for. 🙏
