We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Malta-based) to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure and enjoys solving the kind of problems that keep operations running smoothly. If you like keeping things moving, spotting issues before they become problems, and working across teams to get things done, this might be for you.

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the link between our sales and finance teams, suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners. You’ll take ownership of orders, inventory, and deliveries, while also working closely with our COO to improve the way we do things.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Coordinating orders and procurement from request to delivery
• Managing inventory and ensuring nothing goes missing or unnoticed
• Overseeing deliveries and communicating clearly with all stakeholders
• Identifying ways to streamline and improve logistics processes
• Keeping accurate records and reporting on stock and order fulfilment

What you’ll bring:
• At least three years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
• A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a calm approach to solving problems
• Confidence using logistics software, Excel, and inventory systems
• A valid Maltese driving license
• Bonus if you have a qualification in logistics or supply chain, but it’s not required
