Did you known that the symbol of love and passion dates is connected with Aphrodite? Legend goes that she lost her lover and her tears mixed with her lovers blood to create a rose.

To and from engraving with a small message on the back of this rose act as a permanent piece to commemorate this years valentines, for those to come.

Everyone associates Valantine with Cupid, a small winged angel depicted with bow and arrow, very commonly associated with love.

Eros is the Greek equivalent of Cupid, one of Erotes, a group of winged gods associated with the subject of love.

The Erotes became a motif of Hellenistic art, and may appear in Roman art in the alternate form of multiple Cupids or Cupids and Psyches. In the later tradition of Western art, Erotes become indistinguishable from figures also known as Cupids, amorini, or amoretti.

Appriciating the course of history how a subject stems from others (Cupid, stemming from Eros, and connecting angels with winged beings for example) - these designs also appreciate the chaos noted and lend from Trash Polka style to create engraving designs with the above ideas in mind as well as to commemorate Valantine Day.

Designs can include custom name and dates as per client's preference.
