Our team recently took part in “Meet Your Employer” at UESA - University Engineering Students’ Association.

This time, we aimed to have open, two-way conversations understanding what students are looking for, what motivates them, and how they see their future developing. We discussed career paths, shared insights into our work environment, and highlighted opportunities across engineering and manufacturing.

Yesterday, we proudly participated in a Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with Blood Donation Malta - NBTS.

Our employees came together for one simple but powerful reason: to help save lives. Each donation has the potential to support patients in urgent need of care, and we are grateful to everyone who stepped forward to contribute to this meaningful cause.

At Methode, we believe that supporting our community goes beyond the workplace. It is about showing up, giving back, and making a real difference where it matters most.

Thank you to all donors and to the Malta National Blood Transfusion Service team for their dedication and support.

We are very proud that Dean Rossi, an Engineer at Methode, was invited to the 2026 Science Fair at St. Edward’s College, where Year 7 and Year 8 students presented their annual science projects. This year’s themes were Space Travel and Food Science - challenging students to think big and apply scientific thinking to real-world ideas.

As a guest judge, Dean was privileged to experience firsthand the creativity, research, and problem-solving skills of these young children.

We believe that investing time and attention in the younger generation matters and that's also why the winning students will have the opportunity to visit Methode Electronics Malta for a tour, offering them a closer look at how ideas move from concept to real-world application.
