We are looking for a strategic, hands-on finance professional to strengthen and modernise the Group’s finance function. The role will focus on stabilising core finance operations, enhancing controls and reporting visibility, and progressively driving automation and process improvements while partnering closely with senior management in a growing aviation business.

This is a key leadership opportunity within a developing finance function, offering the chance to shape how finance operates across the Group. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building stronger financial discipline, improving systems and processes, and supporting scalable growth through better data, insights, and governance.
