VACANCY: Phone Operator (Maltese Speaking) for immediate 3-month period employment.

We are seeking to recruit a Phone Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting professional cold calls to businesses in Malta with the aim of introducing a National Energy Project. Must be available during mornings and office hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct calls to business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clearly present and explain the project to businesses.
• Record and maintain accurate information regarding calls and outcomes.
• Follow up on calls.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Previous experience in phone operating, customer service, or sales will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Professional telephone manner and ability to handle objections.
• Organised and reliable.
