Our team has completed the architectural scale model of the “MONTERA” residential housing complex at a 1:200 scale, with a base size of 2.1 x 1.2 meters.
The model accurately represents the overall site planning, including building layout, internal road networks, landscaped areas, and shared public spaces, with a strong focus on conveying how the environment will look and feel in real life.
This scale model serves not only as a presentation piece but also as an essential visual tool that clearly communicates the project’s spatial organization and overall value to both the client and future residents.
