1) Project Planning and Scheduling

**Project Planning ရဲ႕ အေျခခံသေဘာတရားမ်ား။

**နုိင္ငံတကာအဆင္႔မီ Project Plans မ်ား [Project Schedule; Resource Plan (Man Power, Materials, Machines); Progress Plan) မ်ား ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။

** ေရးဆြဲျပီးအတည္ျပဳထားတဲ႔ Project Plan ေတြကို Project Performance Baseline အျဖစ္ ေရးဆြဲသတ္မွတ္ျခင္း။

2) Project Monitoring & Controlling

**Project တစ္ခုကို Control လုပ္ရာမွာအဓိကအေရးပါတဲ႔ Forecast Schedule ေကာငး္တခုရရွိေအာင္ ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။

**Project Progress Update ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း။

3) Project Risk Management

**Project Objective ကိုထိခိုက္ေစနိုင္တဲ႔အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ား ( ဥပမာ- schedule delay ျဖစ္နုိင္တဲ့အရာမ်ား၊ over budget ျဖစ္ေစနိုင္တဲ့အရာမ်ား ) ကိုဆန္းစစ္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ျခင္း၊ မျဖစ္ခင္ကၾကိဳတင္ကာကြယ္ျခင္း။

4) Project Change Management

***Project တြင္ Changes မ်ား ( ဥပမာ- scope changes ) ရွိလာ သည့္ အခါ ျပဳလုပ္ရမည္႕ Procedure မ်ား။

5) Project Reporting

**Project Team, Project Manager ႏွင္႔ Senior Management တို႔အၾကား Project ျပီးစီးမွဳ အေျခအေန ႏွင္႔ ပက္သက္ျပီး Communicate လုပ္ရာ ႏွင္႔ Decision ခ်ရာ တြင္ အေရးပါသည့္ Project Reports မ်ား [ Level 3 Schedule Reports; Master Schedule Reports; Progress Curve (Schedule & Histograms); Progress Curve (S-curve & Histogram); Variance Reports (Plan progress Vs Actual progress) မ်ား ] ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။
