We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is a strategic visual storyteller. You will be responsible for translating human insights into high impact branding and advertising ex*****ons.

Collaborative Design: Work in lock-step with the Head of Creative to develop and refine central brand ideas.

Branding & Identity: Lead the design process for brand identities, ensuring consistency and original thinking across all touchpoints.

Social Media Ex*****on: Craft high-performing, creative assets tailored for social media platforms that resonate with target audiences.

Conceptual Ex*****on: Take a brief from a raw idea to a polished, presentation-ready visual.

Quality Control: Ensure all design outputs meet the agency's standards for craft, logic, and aesthetic excellence.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the Creative Design field.

Agency Background: Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency is highly recommended.

Branding Mastery: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding projects and identity systems.

Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly during internal reviews.
