We're looking for a driven OSP engineer to help design and build Myanmar's fiber optic infrastructure.

📌 What You'll Do
• Plan and design overhead & underground fiber, cable, and conduit systems
• Prepare detailed construction, installation drawings and cost estimates
• Conduct field surveys for fiber and ODN network installations
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for smooth implementation
• Manage procurement planning for fiber and ODN accessories
• Submit work authorization requests with full supporting documentation

🎯 What You Bring
• Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or IT
• 3+ years in service provider network operations or implementation
• Strong knowledge of Fiber Optic design, GPON, FTTx, and ODN networks
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Google Maps (KMZ)
• Good English communication skills — written and spoken
• Solid project management and problem-solving abilities

ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကွန်ရက်လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိ Network Design Engineer (OSP) ၁ ဦး ချက်ချင်းခေါ်ယူနေပါသည်။

📌 Accountabilities:

• Overhead နှင့် Underground Fiber Cable / Conduit System များကို Design နှင့် Plan ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Construction နှင့် Installation Drawing များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Equipment / Labor / Material Cost တွက်ချက်ပေးခြင်း
• Fiber နှင့် ODN Network Installation အတွက် Site Survey ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Project Implementation အတွက် Internal Team များ၊ Subcontractor များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Fiber နှင့် ODN Network Accessories များအတွက် Procurement Planning ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Management Approval အတွက် Work Authorization Request နှင့် Supporting Documents များ တင်ပြခြင်း

🎯 Qualifications:

• Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, IT သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်တွင် Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူ
• Service Provider Network Operation / Implementation တွင် အနည်းဆုံး 3 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
• Fiber Optic Design, GPON, FTTx, ODN Network များ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
• AutoCAD 2D နှင့် Google Map (KMZ) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
• English (ရေး / ပြော) ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Project Management နှင့် Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
