We’re looking for motivated teachers who can teach Chinese language (Full-time/Part-time)

[Job Description]
- Teach Chinese language at different levels(Beginner to Advance).
- Prepare some lesson plans and deliver effective lessons.
- Evaluate students’ progress
- Focus on developing student’s speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
- Participate in program meetings, training sessions, and contribute to curriculum developments.
- Building trusting relationship with students, parents, and co-workers

[Requirements]
- Must possess a HSK 5 and above certificate.
- Proficiency in Chinese(Mandarin) and ability to explain in Burmese(have strong knowledge about Chinese-Burmese words)
- Be punctual and professional
- Good command of English and Burmese languages
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience(if you don’t have any experience, you must willing to learn how to teach and manage the students)
- Must be familiar with internet technology and communication tools
-Be ethical and possess a growth mindset
-Willing to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment

[Working hours]
- At least 20-30 hours per week

Job Description
- Recruitment & Employer Branding: Plan and execute recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring, and strengthen employer branding to attract and retain talent.
- Onboarding & HR Administration: Oversee onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration to ensure smooth HR operations
- Training, Development & Leadership Pipeline: Identify training needs, deliver development programs, support career growth, leadership development, and succession planning
- Performance & Engagement Management: Implement performance management systems, provide coaching, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs aligned with market trends and internal structure.
- Employee Relations & DEI: Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and promote a fair, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Policy, Compliance & Governance: Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- HR Strategy, Analytics & Budgeting: Drive HR strategy using data insights, monitor HR metrics, and manage the HR budget effectively.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior HR role, with the ability to handle HR functions independently
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality\
- Must have Laptop and Stable Wifi
- Must be able to work at least one year.
