HIRING: Business Development Manager x 1

The ideal candidate will liaise with both existing and potential clients for building new business as well as expanding current accounts. Reporting directly to CEO, those with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of project management and / or sales experience would be suitable for the position.

Responsibilities

• To pitch to potential clients
• To brainstorm strategies
• To expand current accounts
• To handle some starting accounts
• To communicate with account team, design team and content team on a daily basis

Qualifications

•Any degree holder (may apply with no degree as well)
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in a mid-sized agency OR Minimum 3 years experience in other BD positions (non-negotiable)
• Preferred 2 to 4 years of agency experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented and solution-oriented
• Management, organizing, planning and leading skills
• Must love talking with strangers and dealing with all kinds of people in a gracious manner

Compensation and Benefits

• Profit-sharing on new accounts won
• Salary:
700,000 to 1,000,000 Kyats (exp of 1.5 years and above)
1,000,000 to 1,700,000 Kyats (exp of 2 to 4 years)
• 12 Days annual leave
• Annual bonus based on performance
