The program will connect junior and senior women working in the , , and hygiene ( ) sector, with a focus on helping junior women professionals to develop their skills and support their personal and professional growth with guidance from a female mentor.
Mentees will include junior professionals or students (with 0-4 years of professional experience) under the age of 35 who identify as .
