Position Title -IT Executive
Location - Pazundaung Township
Working Days - Monday ~ Friday (Saturday Alternate)
Working Hours - 8:30 A.M ~ 5:00 P.M

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into other IT teams, vendors and departments to integrate functional software solutions and applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with developers, vendors their activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct testing (Unit Test) and support UAT/SIT and Develop design, manual and operation document for Users.
- ERP Workflow, Odoo Backend, Odoo Frontend, Odoo Python Programming and Odoo Systems, Servers Operation maintenance and Configuration.
- Aptitude for learning and supporting new technology (IoT, Data Science, New Programming Language, SaaS and PaaS cloud solutions, etc.)

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT application development, with a strong track record of successful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to application development, such as Java, Python, C #, JavaScript, etc.
- Prefer Odoo/Python Developing who have at least two years’ experience with Odoo and Python.
- Odoo ERP Workflow, Odoo Backend, Odoo Frontend, Odoo Python Programming
- RDBMS, SQL Query & Stored procedure and have the knowledge for integration with third- parties software and hardware.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows, AWS and other cloud systems would be advantage.
- Experience with software development methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Position Title -Sales Executive
Location -Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Working Days - Monday ~ Friday
Working Hours - 8:30 A.M ~ 6:00 P.M

Duties and Responsibilities
-Must do sales reporting activities (daily, weekly) whenever needed, report to Sales Manager.
-Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities
-Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts/potential customers.
-Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.
-Be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
-Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
-Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
-Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
-Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
-Have to prepare quotation about the company products such as 1) Multi-Modal Transport –included Rail, Cross Border Transport Services etc., 2) Dry Port, and 3) Warehousing Services.
-Have to hit the target that set up by the sales team lead/ supervisors or managers set-up
-To follow long outstanding payment timely from the clients if long term over due

Job Requirements
-At least Bachelor’s degree or Master degree
-Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
-Have relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing-related field
-Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
-Must have knowledge of Multi-Modal Transport, warehousing, export & import process
-Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office.
-Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective Communication Skill
