8. Sign contract
Company sales contract, Share transfer agreement and all the necessary ownership transfer contracts.

Regulatory changes in Trading Licenses 🚨

Ministry of Commerce has set to revamp the existing licensing system to become a fully online application system that is cost-effective and time-efficient for the exporters/importers and traders in Myanmar. With the implementation of the upgraded version on registration and e-licensing system, the traders can now register the relevant businesses even before applying the import/export license at the Ministry of Commerce via the TradeNet2.0 online system.

In general, the following application forms are available on TradeNet2.0 online system.
• Certificate of Exporter Importer Registration (EIR Card)
• Retail/Wholesale Registration Certificate;
• Wine Importation Certificate;
• Duty Free Shop Certificate;
• Re-Export Certificate;
• Car Importation Certificate;
• Business Service Agency certificate;
• Export License;
• Import License;
• Export Permit;
• Import Permit.

The applicants still have to prepare the necessary documents and submit digitally on the site. Users can access all the reviews and feedbacks on the tradenet account and the payment will be charged online too.

　改善された登録システム及び電子申請システムにより、貿易業者はTradeNet2.0 オンライン システムを通して商業省の輸出・輸入ライセンスを申請する前にも、関連ビジネスの登録ができるようになりました。 TradeNet2.0 オンライン システムには一般的に、次の申請フォームがあります。

Staying in Myanmar for a business?

MBI Center will ensure your stay!

In Myanmar, we don’t have work visas. Foreigners who enter Myanmar with a business purpose need to apply for the E-visa or business visa on arrival. However, it is valid only for 70 days and you have to leave the country once it expires. It applies to both single and multiple visas.

If you want to stay longer without having to re-enter the country, acquiring a Stay Permit is the solution to save you time and money. In addition to the stay permit, you will also need to apply for a Foreigner Registration Card (FRC) to stay in Myanmar over 90 days.
To apply for a Stay Permit, firstly, prepare the required documents, then submit the application to DICA (Directorate of Investment and Company Administration). After getting the DICA approval, proceed with the application at Immigration Bureau.

Applying for the first time, you can get a 6-month stay permit (multi-visa). If you leave the country during the procedure, the application will be invalid.

ビジネス目的でミャンマーに滞在する予定ですか？

お客様の滞在許可取得をMBIセンターがサポート致します！

ミャンマーでは、就労ビザ(Work Visa)は特になく、ビジネス目的でミャンマーに入国される外国人の方は、Eビザ又は到着時に空港でアライバルビザを申請する必要があります。ただし、有効期間は70日間のみなので、有効期限が切れたら出国する必要があります。シングルとマルチビザ、両方に適用されます。

再入国せずに長期滞在をご希望の場合は、ステイパーミット（滞在許可）を取得することで時間と費用を節約できます。ステイパーミットに加えて、90日以上ミャンマーに滞在するためには外国人登録カード（FRC）も申請する必要があります。

ステイパーミットの申請の流れとしては、まず必要書類をDICA（企業登記室）へ提出し、DICAの承認を得た後、入国管理局で申請を進めることになります。

初回の申請時には、6ヶ月のステイパーミット（マルチビザ）が発行されます。手続き中に出国した場合、申請が無効となりますので、ご注意が必要です。
