Saetanar

At 12:52 PM on 28th March, a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 struck Myanmar, with its epicenter in Sagaing. The strong earthquake has resulted in numerous casualties and fatalities in Mandalay, Sagaing, Naypyidaw, and Bago.

Damage is reported in our project areas. We are assessing the situation. Everyone that all staff members of Saetanar in both Southern and Northern Shan State are safe and unharmed.

Our thoughts are with those affected.

မတ်လ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့ မွန်းတည့် ၁၂ နာရီ ၅၂ မိနစ်အချိန်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ကို ဗဟိုပြု၍ အင်အား ၇.၇အဆင့့််ရှိ၊ အင်အားပြင်း မြေငလျင်တစ်ခု လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယင်းငလျင်ကြောင့် မန္တလေး၊ စစ်ကိုင်း၊ နေပြည်တော်နှင့် ပဲခူးမြို့များတွင် ထိခိုက် သေဆုံးမှုများ ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည်။

စေတနာအဖွဲ့မှ စီမံကိန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် ဒေသများတွင်လည်း ပျက်စီးမှုများရှိသဖြင့် အခြေအနေကို လေ့လာသုံးသပ်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ် တောင်ပိုင်းနှင့် မြောက်ပိုင်းရှိ စေတနာအဖွဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံး ဘေးကင်းပြီး ထိခိုက်မှုမရှိကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
