Mobile Phone Trainer ၏ တာဝန်များ
- မိမိကုမ္ပဏီမှ ရောင်းချသည့် mobile phone များ အကြောင်းကိုသေချာနားလည်ပြီး sales promoter များ, supervisor များကို သေချာ train ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Customer relations သေချာဆောက်တည်ပြီး မိမိ၏ promoters များ အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ အဆင်ပြေရေး၊ ပေးအပ်ထားသော target အရောင်းများ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ကြိုးစားနိုင်ရေး အစရှိသည်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မည်သည့်နယ်မဆို သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Mobile Phone Trainer ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များ
- Trainer position ဖြင့် လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- ပညာအရည်အချင်း အနည်းဆုံး ၁၀ တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- English/ Computer basic ရှိသူဖြစ်ပြီး အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ဖိအားဒါဏ်ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

Salary = Basic salary + Attendence + KPI incentives
