Job Title: Field Collection Officer
Department: Collection Department
Vacancy: 2 posts, Male, Yangon Region

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and ensuring timely repayments of customers.
• Manage customers’ repayments and overdue accounts.
• Conduct field visits to customer places if necessary.
• Undertake the assigned tasks by the supervisor and report.
• Occasional travel for business purposes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous experience as a Field collection officer preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and email.

• Handle stamp duty payment process.

• Support customer insurance processes.
• Perform other duties and urgent tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Able to communicate in English.
